Skills :
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, in a tech-driven or fast-growing company.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri and other social medias, network, referrals etc enhancing your ability to source and engage candidates effectively.
- Experience recruiting for a range of corporate and technical roles, with a strong understanding of India and global hiring practices.
- Comfortable working in a global environment; experience with international hiring is a plus.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple open roles at once.
- Facilitate the reconciliation of decisions on applicant status, deliver candidate offers, and stay connected with new hires as they join
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
- Education : Diploma or degree in Computers
