Systems & Onboarding Intern

Location : Kailash Colony, New Delhi (In-Office)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)

Timings : 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM

Type : Full-Time Internship (PPO potential)

Reporting To : Founder

About the Role

We're looking for someone sharp, dependable, and organized to join us full-time and work directly with the founder. The role will focus on system-building, streamlining backend processes, and managing consultant onboarding from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a startup functions from the inside and isn't afraid to dive into the chaos and bring structure to it.

What You&aposll Be Doing

• Assist in setting up and documenting backend processes and workflows
• Manage the consultant onboarding pipeline - from outreach and documentation to listing
• Research and identify potential consultants, collaborators, and tools
• Communicate with consultants and ensure everything is in place for a smooth onboarding
• Track progress, manage internal checklists, and follow up to ensure timelines are met
• Build and update internal systems, forms, and records
