AI Staff Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to join our client's team at Thane (Maharashtra India).

We are seeking someone with 6-8 years of professional experience in designing, training, and

deploying advanced AI / ML models across domains such as computer vision, natural language

processing, and generative AI. Expertise in Python and PyTorch / TensorFlow is essential, while

experience in MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) , and edge AI optimization will be a strong

plus.

In this role, you will build and optimize intelligent models for real-time deployment on AR / VR

smart glasses and immersive systems, while collaborating with hardware, design, and product

teams to integrate AI seamlessly into user experiences. Your work will directly shape the

intelligence, scalability, and impact of next-generation products.

Full-Stack Awareness

While your primary focus will be AI, exposure to backend (Flask / FastAPI) , cloud infra

(AWS / GCP) , and frontend integration (basic React / JS) will help you deliver end-to-end AI

features.

Must haves-

• Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, and applied ML.
• Strong experience with computer vision, transformers, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in MLOps practices – CI / CD for ML, containerization, orchestration, and cloud

platforms (AWS / GCP).
