Key Responsibilities
- Employee Life-Cycle Management
- Design and implement a robust PMS aligned with business goals and ensure regular and transparent communication around performance expectations, goals, and outcomes.
- Foster a positive work culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives, boosting morale,and addressing employeeconcerns proactively. Ensure effective communication across teams, share company updates, and organize employee engagement events.
- Payroll Management
- Work closely with leadership to develop &implement competitive compensation & benefits strategies, including ESOPs, salary budgeting & benchmarking, health insurance and perks.
- Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with external partners, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement factoring in all statutory deductions, benefits, and allowances.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Oversee recruitment by working with your team, agencies, and managers to strategise and define roles, build pipelines, run preliminary or closure conversations, structure compensation and negotiation, do reference checks, and onboard candidates.
- Effective communication and insights to develop qualitative nuances of candidates, managing expectations, reducing drop-offs, and create excitement leading up to onboarding. Ensure a positivecandidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Compliance
- Lead the upkeep, effective communication, and implementation of HR policies including conduct, POSH,leave management &remote work, grievances, Inclusion, ESG etc.
- Ensure compliance and records maintainance of all HR-related legal & statutory needs, including but not limited to labor laws, gratuity, EPF, ESI, and other relevant regulations.

- Administrative Leadership
- Oversee safe daily office functions , supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure a smooth and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, implement safety protocols, and conduct regular audits.
Manage employee wellness fund and sundry cash budgeting and utilisation, including proper documentation, tracking and compliance with financial policies. Oversee employee travel
