The role involves promoting and selling banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, loans, and other financial services to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
• Explain and promote banking products (savings accounts, loans, insurance, credit cards, etc.) to customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
• Assist customers with the account opening process and other banking formalities.
• Maintain updated knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
