The Role
As our first HR Generalist , you’ll own and shape the entire people charter—from hiring to onboarding, performance to culture, and everything in between. You’ll work directly with the founders and have full autonomy to build the HR function from the ground up.
What You’ll Own
- Hiring : Run end-to-end recruiting—from sourcing to closing
- Onboarding : Design fast, effective, and warm onboarding experiences
- People Ops : Draft policies, manage records, ensure compliance
- Performance & Growth : Set up review processes, feedback loops, and engagement programs
- Culture : Drive rituals, offsites, and values that scale with us
- Exits : Run smooth, respectful offboarding when needed
You’re Right for This If You :
Have 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced / startup environmentsAre high on ownership, bias for action, and love to build from scratchCommunicate clearly, listen deeply, and balance people + business needsAre excited to shape a culture, not just support itWhy Join Us
