Messaging Engineer - IT Infrastructure

Description :

• 58 years of total IT infrastructure experience with 36 years in Messaging / Exchange Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (On-Prem & Online) and Outlook connectivity troubleshooting.
• Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting expertise.
• Strong knowledge of mail flow, message tracking, and routing concepts.
• Practical experience with Mimecast Secure Email Gateway (SEG) configuration, quarantine, continuity, and threat analysis.
• Experience managing Ivanti EPM (software deployment / patching) and Trellix ePO (McAfee) for endpoint protection.
• Understanding of Duo MFA / SAML authentication / Azure AD Connect.
• Familiarity with Windows Server 2016+ environment and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Ability to troubleshoot hybrid Exchange environments and manage permissions, transport rules, and DAGs.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication (Preferred) :
• Microsoft 365 Certified : Messaging Administrator (MS-203)
• Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ-800 / 801)
• ITIL v4 Foundation (added Readiness :
• Comfortable with 24x7 rotational operations including weekends / nights.
