Job descriptionReviewing and preparing financial statements and reports. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. 10+ years of experience in US property accounting with 5+ years as a manager / reviewer of detailed financials. Experience writing and reviewing budget-to-actual variance analysis, following client capex policies, and reviewing invoices for compliance. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities are essential. Proven track record of driving results-oriented initiatives. Ability to analyze complex financial data and make recommendations. Demonstrated expertise in property accounting principles and practices. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
