Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to support daily operational tasks, order processing, documentation, and coordination across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and eager to learn the end-to-end operations workflow in a fast-paced D2C environment.

PO Dispatching & Documentation

Handle purchase order (PO) dispatching and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure timely completion of all order-related paperwork.

Support in tracking PO status and coordinating dispatch timelines.

Daily Order Processing

Manage daily orders on Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals.

Ensure accurate order processing and smooth fulfilment.

Assist in resolving order-related issues or discrepancies.

Inventory & Order Coordination

Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team to ensure product availability.

Monitor stock status and highlight shortages or delays.

Support smooth supply chain operations and dispatch planning.

Team Management Support

Assist senior team members in managing daily workflow.

Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Maintain internal trackers and performance sheets as required.

Communication & Coordination

Maintain professional communication with vendors, transporters, and internal teams.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Follow up on pending tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

0–1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce (freshers with strong skills may apply).

Basic understanding of e-commerce operations is a plus (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa).

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
