About the Role
The HR Manager will lead recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative operations for our growing India office. This role ensures smooth hiring, effective onboarding, and a healthy, high-performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Develop training and development programs for team skill enhancement.
Implement HR policies, performance reviews, and incentive structures.
Coordinate with the U.S. HR and management team for staffing updates.
Organize office events, team-building, and welfare activities.
Handle basic administrative tasks and vendor management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Human Resources or Business Administration.
4–6 years’ experience in HR management (preferably BPO / service sector).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.
Ability to manage multi-shift workforce.
