About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Automation QA Engineer with over 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, primarily using Selenium and TestNG. The ideal candidate should be an individual contributor with deep technical expertise, strong ownership of deliverables, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks using Selenium with TestNG.
• Build, optimize, and scale automated test scripts for regression, functional, integration, and system testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define test automation strategies.
• Perform code reviews for test automation scripts and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and execution speed.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines to ensure quality in every release.
• Investigate and debug test failures, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior QA team members when needed, while functioning as an individual contributor.
• Support occasional weekend (Saturday) work for critical releases or deadlines.
