Network Techlab - Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Operations & Controls : Monitor day-to-day business transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance. Implement and maintain robust accounting control procedures. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Receivables & Credit Management : Manage credit control processes and monitor outstanding receivables. Collaborate with business operations to ensure timely collections and reconciliations.
• Inventory & Cost Optimization : Review stock aging reports and drive inventory efficiency. Lead cost improvisation initiatives across departments.
• Profitability & Project Analysis : Conduct profitability analysis at business and project levels. Ensure accurate cost allocation and financial tracking of projects. Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare and analyze order-to-cash reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with actionable insights. Deliver timely financial reports and variance analysis with strategic recommendations. Audit & Compliance : Coordinate internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills : Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory. 3+ experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
