We are looking for a receptionist to join our team Viable Logistics to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization / business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins; direct inquiries to the right departments.
- Provide information regarding shipments, tracking status, and company services when required.
- Act as the first point of contact between clients and the logistics team.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery staff to pass on customer messages or shipment details.
- Inform clients about shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and service updates.
- Handle basic customer complaints or queries regarding shipments.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the logistics / operations team.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on shipment movements.
- Job Requirements :
- Minimum graduate / diploma (preferred : commerce, administration, or logistics background).
- 0–1 years of experience in reception, front desk, or customer service roles
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with logistics / ERP or shipment tracking software is an advantage.
- Good typing speed and ability to handle emails and documentation efficiently.
- Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and clearly.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.

- Pleasant personality, confident, and professional attitude.
