Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated Educational Counsellors (Sales) who are passionate about helping students build their careers in healthcare while achieving their own growth targets. The role involves guiding leads from enquiry → webinar → admission → EMI closure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective students.

2. Convert webinar attendees & registered leads into full-course admissions.

3. Conduct structured counselling sessions to understand students’ goals & suggest the right course.

4. Explain program benefits, career outcomes & scholarship opportunities clearly.

5. Manage CRM tools (lead tracking, follow-ups, payments, EMI schedules).

6. Achieve daily calling targets (200+) and monthly admission goals.

7.Share reminders & follow-up messages on WhatsApp, email & calls.

8.Build trust by explaining career roadmap (earn ₹30K–₹50K / month after certification).

9.Work closely with Team Leaders to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 1–3 years of experience in EdTech / Sales / Counselling / BPO.

✅ Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

✅ Strong persuasion & objection-handling ability.

✅ Comfortable with daily call targets & revenue goals.

✅ Knowledge of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & basic Excel.

✅ Passion for education & healthcare sector is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Daily Calls : 200+

WhatsApp Follow-ups : 50+

Conversions : 10–15% of leads handled

EMI Collections : 100% adherence

Admission Target Achievement : Monthly quota as per team goal
