Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer – IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Python (Flask, Django, Pandas, Numpy) and backend development for Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory applications . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable IIoT platforms, ensuring high performance, data integrity, and seamless integration with production environments across global sites.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a cutting-edge Industry 4.0 ecosystem , collaborating with architects, product owners, DevOps, and front-end teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python (Flask, Django, Pandas, Numpy) .
• Support global Miba production sites in the Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 domains .
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions .
• Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams using Azure DevOps .
• Integrate and maintain CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of backend systems.
• Develop and maintain scalable and secure IIoT platforms for industrial automation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IIoT deployments to ensure data accuracy and system reliability .
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest IIoT technologies, protocols, and industry trends .
• Contribute to innovative IIoT solutions to drive business value.
