Role Description
- The RDA Operation Change team is a newly established team within the CB & IB Ops with the objective to establish Change & Transformation team plays a significant role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize achieving organization goals and minimizing resistance, focusing on business processes changes, systems and technology.
- The team also aims to support RDA Operations functions in the business side activities during joint projects with IT.

Owning typical project management / PMO activities to support the various change projects :Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes and RAID logs
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communicationsMonitor project timelines and deliverablesSupport governance processesCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely updatesContribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and toolsSupport go live activities (e.g. UAT preparation) and post-go live warranty period.Supporting the Lead BAs / business SME in turning business expectations into clearly defined business requirements for implementation with IT or vendor organisations.Support assessment of solution options in line with business requirements.Opportunity to work independently on assigned analysis tasks.Documentation of above outcomesManagement of required activities and coordination with the necessary stakeholders within the organisation (e.g. business teams, operations teams, IT)Your skills and experience
Domain Skills
5+ years of work experience within corporate financial services industry, Research / Analytics role in other Banks / KPOs etcMinimum 3-5 years' experience as a project manager / business analyst in change projects and driving analysis results independentlyStrong organisational, time management and multi-tasking skillsIdeally relevant business expertise for Party Reference Data handing would be beneficialAnalytical mindset with attention to detailProven problem-solving skills and ability to structure and assess complex problems to develop solution optionsIdeally proven experience in process analysis, process design and target state definitions and the documentation thereof.Experience of working with agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)Experience in preparing / leading user acceptance test cyclesConfident in working in a remote project setup across multiple time zonesCommunication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills across various seniority levelsGood verbal and written communication skills at all levels - onshore & remoteAbility to visualise complex topics to converse with stakeholders.Technical skills
Demonstrated experience (as 'user'), understanding and appreciation of technology and IT delivery processesAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is a mustExperience in using JIRASoft Skills
