Our goal is to expand to 100 employees and open three experience centers in Bengaluru within a year, with plans to expand to multiple cities in the future.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Sales Associate located in Bengaluru. The Design Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their interior design needs, offering tailored design solutions, and guiding them through the design process. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and driving sales to meet targets. Daily tasks include client consultations, presenting design options, processing sales orders, and collaborating with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Experience in sales, preferably in interior design or related fields
• Ability to provide tailored design solutions and excellent customer service
• Knowledge of interior design principles and trends
• Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers and other team members
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or related field is preferred
