What You'll Do

As a Manager – BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area you will work in a growing global team, providing industry/functional expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide knowledge assets, analysis and expert advisory. The team uses a variety of number of AI and advanced data analytics tools; and you will be expected to develop expertise on those. You'll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.

You will support commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, in conjunction with business leaders, through

contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Manager – BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your topic/sector expertise.

BCG's PIPE Practice Area works with the world's largest investment firms, serving six client asset classes: Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Infrastructure & Real Estate Funds, Family Offices, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Plans. Likewise, PIPE topics cut across not only these asset classes, but also across industries (e.g., Health Care, Consumer, Technology, etc.) and sub-topics (e.g., Tech Capital, Private Credit, Environmental, Social and Governance, etc.)

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years consulting experience in PIPE required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in English;
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment, with comfort in data-driven decision making and familiarity with agile/scrum delivery frameworks
