Role : Principal Engineer (Enterprise Architect)

Location : Pune

Experience : 10 - 18 years

About the role :

We’re looking for a hands-on Principal Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Go, or C++, and a proven track record of implementing enterprise-grade solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience across frontend, backend, and middleware development (fullstack) delivering digital solutions for global customers in a client-facing role along with strong Technical Leadership experience.

Whom are we looking for :

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software architecture, and development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in either of these languages- Python / Golang / C++, with deep experience in building and implementing enterprise-scale solutions on AWS.
• Proven experience developing large-scale enterprise applications with strong skills across frontend, backend, and middleware components.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, translating business needs into scalable technical architectures.
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud, networking (TCP / IP, low-latency systems), and secure communication protocols.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and leading technical teams and engaging clients on technology strategy.
