Key Responsibilities
- Lead Franchise Business Development initiatives across India & Overseas markets.
- Drive growth in Quick Commerce and E-Commerce verticals-, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage & scale large cross-functional teams (100+ members).
- Build and execute high-value portfolio management strategies (50 Cr+).
- Define and implement expansion strategies for franchise networks.
- Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Introduce innovative business models, bringing startup agility and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.
- Deliver measurable results across revenue, customer acquisition, and franchise success.
Key Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience- in Franchise, Quick Commerce, or E-Commerce.Proven ability to handle large teams.Strong track record in business development, strategy execution, and portfolio management.Preference for candidates from - Amazon, Walmart, Jio, Tata- or similar large-scale organizations.Startup experience will be a strong advantage (ability to work with speed, ownership, and innovation).Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multi-city and international operations- .Preferred Candidate Profile :
