Job descriptionCost Estimation experience of minimum 5-10 years (Middle east experience is preferred) Good knowledge of architectural & structural items pricing Hands-on experience on Electro-mechanical pricing Knowledge of cost engineering practices and principles Knowledge of various design stages and corresponding cost estimates Having knowledge of Value Engineering and Cost Control process Experience and knowledge of item Rate-analysis Expertise in Microsoft office, REVIT, Auto CAD, etc. Excellent communication skill / Proficiency in English speaking and writing Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from reputed University with 7+ CGPA While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
