Shift Timing : 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years of team-handling experience in an LPO firm or in litigation

Languages : Proficiency in English (Read, Write, Speak)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Legal Associate with strong drafting, communication, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in legal process outsourcing or litigation and the ability to lead and mentor junior associates. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects for international clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and vet various legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Conduct in-depth legal research across U.S., U.K., and other common-law jurisdictions.
Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide effective legal solutions.
Manage case files, coordinate workflow, and ensure compliance with client and company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and efficiency.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.); LL.M. preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in an LPO environment or litigation practice.

Strong legal drafting and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Ability to work independently and handle high-volume assignments.

Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. time zone)
