Senior US Accountant

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Senior US Accountant for a US-based independent board game publisher focused on developing interactive business stimulation games. This is a full-time remote position.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based in the USA.

Experience required : 10+ years

Time : 5 : 30 pm IST - 2 : 30 am IST (Monday - Friday)

CTC : INR 15-20 LPA

Location : Remote

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounting, and compliance.

Manage tax reporting and filings, ensuring compliance with US federal and state regulations.

Calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties.

Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors for quarterly and yearly filings.

Ensure accuracy of inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.

Provide strategic financial insights to leadership.

Requirements

QuickBooks Online

Google Suite

Knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations

Familiarity with restaurant / retail accounting structures

Teamwork.com or other project management tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA or equivalent US accounting certification preferred

Proven expertise in US taxation, compliance, and statutory filings

​​Hands-on knowledge of the US tax code, compliance, and reporting

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities
