▷ (15h Left) Senior Technical Recruiter

What You’ll Do :

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of roles, especially technical and product roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms to build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screens to assess fit, experience, and communication.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones in US
• Working with employers to post their job openings with CODEX.
• Helping employer to sign up with the CODEX to post open jobs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring goals.
• Maintain clear candidate records and pipeline tracking in Excel / Google Sheets
• Help optimize recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
• Communicate with clarity and professionalism to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide ad hoc support for recruiting operations by assisting with various hiring tasks as needed.
