Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Digital Transformation & Connected Vehicle Strategy :

Drive initiatives to enhance vehicle connectivity, predictive maintenance, and customer experience using IoT, AI, and cloud technologies.
Stay current on emerging technologies such as telematics, edge computing, and AI-driven mobility solutions to ensure integration across programs.

Data Analysis & Insights :

Analyze large datasets from connected vehicles to identify trends, optimize performance, and support predictive analytics for vehicle health.

Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate insights effectively.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation :

Gather, analyze, and translate complex business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements.

Create and manage BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation aligned with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration :

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions across diverse, geographically distributed teams.

Act as a bridge between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration between vehicles, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

Technical Expertise & Solution Integration :

Apply knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), systems integration, API-based integrations, edge computing, and scalable application design.

Support business process re-engineering, hypothesis testing, and performance improvement initiatives.
