Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Consultant with expertise in AIOps and Automations to support the Distribution domain.

The role involves delivering technical training sessions, mentoring other trainers, and providing guidance on cloud and hyperscaler technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to drive knowledge transfer and upskill teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver Train-the-Trainer technical sessions in the areas of Automations and AIOps.
• Mentor and upskill internal teams and stakeholders on AIOps tools and automation practices.
• Provide consultancy and guidance on cloud platforms and hyperscaler technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand training needs and design effective learning modules.
• Support knowledge transfer initiatives and maintain training documentation for reference.
