Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end content strategy and execution.
Build and scale content across blogs, videos, social media, newsletters, podcasts, and long-form formats.
Ensure consistent brand voice, accuracy, and engagement across all platforms.
Manage internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy
Develop and implement a unified content strategy aligned with business goals.
Build and manage a structured content calendar.
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity.
Content Creation & Management
Oversee creation of written content (blogs, articles, newsletters, explainers).
Lead production of video content (guides, walkthroughs, short-form reels).
Manage social media content, campaigns, and engagement formats.
Supervise audio content such as podcasts and weekly updates.
Guide long-form projects like reports, case studies, and whitepapers.
Execution & Performance
Manage teams and agencies to ensure timely, high-quality output.
Drive reach and visibility through SEO, social distribution, and partnerships.
Track content performance and optimize based on analytics and ROI.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead a small team of writers, designers, and video producers.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
Oversee agency deliverables and external partnerships.
Skills & Requirements
6–9 years
of experience in content marketing, digital media, or brand communications.
2–3 years of leadership experience
managing teams or agencies.
Proven ability to build and execute multi-format content strategies.
Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with
SEO, analytics tools, and digital content best practices .
Experience working with creators, freelancers, and cross-functional teams.
