Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, people management skills, and hands-on understanding of web and mobility technologies to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution :

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed work plans, allocate resources, and set timelines.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Team & Stakeholder Management :

  • Assemble and lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring the team has the required tools / training.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing status updates and addressing concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

    • Risk & Change Management :

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation / contingency plans.
  • Manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs, and recommend solutions.

    • Budget & Quality Management :

  • Develop and manage the project budget, track expenses, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements to meet standards.

    • Documentation & Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including schedules, plans, and reports.
  • Oversee project closure activities, including final evaluations and reports.

    • Technology Expertise :

  • Strong understanding of web and mobility technologies to comprehend technical challenges and solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Methodologies :

  • Work with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies, depending on organizational requirements.

    • Preferred Skills & Certifications :

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in Agile / Waterfall project management practices.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSM (preferred but not mandatory).
