Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Tour Designer & Operations Manager. The Tour Designer & Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing travel itineraries, managing logistics, coordinating with travel vendors, and ensuring high-quality travel experiences. Day-to-day tasks include developing bespoke travel programs, overseeing the implementation of tours, liaising with educational institutions, handling customer inquiries, and managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tour Designing, Travel Planning, and Itinerary Development is a plus
• Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Budget Management and Financial Planning skills
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in travel management
• Experience in educational or student travel programs is a plus
