Principal Construction Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer to lead the execution of a Cell Plant Factory Building . This role will involve comprehensive oversight of building erection , construction planning and management , MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, and structural engineering coordination . The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills and a proven track record in executing industrial or manufacturing infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and execute the erection and construction of the Cell Plant Factory building as per design and schedule.
• Collaborate with structural consultants and architects to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, etc.) with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules , timelines, and progress reports using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control , safety standards, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate between design teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise on-site activities and resolve technical or execution-related challenges promptly.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and material logs.
• Ensure cost control , resource optimization, and timely completion of all construction milestones.
• Assist in procurement planning, bill verification, and contractor management.
