Principal Engineer Pipeline

Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering, Preferred Master in Subsea or Ocean Engineering. 15 to 20 years of related Oil and Gas industry experience preferable from a background in working for consultancy organizations / EPC of the Oil and Gas Industry. A minimum of 10 years of experience within the offshore oil & gas industry working for Offshore Engineering consultants / EPCI Contractors. Experience in Subsea Pipeline DNV suit / Stablelines / FATFREE / CAESAR / Autopipe Stress Analysis. ONGC – Offshore experience is must. Conversant with the relevant international codes & standards such as API, DNV etc. Familiar with Oil and Gas Company’s standard such as Saudi Aramco’s Standards, ADNOC Standards, SHELL DEPs, BP Guidelines etc. Software Knowledge - CAESAR, DNV Software, Mathcad, SAGE, AGA, ABAQUS Design calculation and studies-Subsea Pipeline - On-bottom stability assessment, Wall thickness calculation, Pipeline Thermal Expansion, Crossing analysis
Design calculation and studies-Subsea Cable - Route selection and optimization, Crossing design.
