Role Objective :
Develop & maintain cordial relations across hierarchy within banks & financial institutions. Manage treasury activities including fund management, debt and working capital management, financial risk management and treasury operations and accounting
Role Responsibilities
1. Lead bank relationship management including selection of banks, negotiation of credit lines and ongoing optimization of service quality and pricing
2. Working the Banks to get Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee issued
3. Allocating cash balances, maintaining investment records and preparation of expenses and earnings forecasts
4. Monitor and measure liquidity and funding requirements; identify various banking and market products to improve the management of cash flow.
5. Monitor the treasury bank reconciliations and inter-company current accounts reconciliations
6. Ensure robust documentation of all treasury reporting processes and ensure continuous review and improvement to enhance efficiency of processes and systems
7. Continuously strive to simplification and automation of operational tasks to the maximum extent possible including integration with the finance partners.
8. Manage administrative activities with respect to various Bank portals and various internal reporting systems / tools.
9. Work cross functionally across teams, including Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Collections, to set up optimal disbursements and cash receipt processes
Work Experience :
(a) 10+ years of experience in similar role with strong understanding of treasury function
(b) Should be able to collect and categorize information develop clear concise ways to better interpret information and reach reliable conclusions
Knowledge / Skills :
Education : CA or MBA (Finance) from reputed institute
