As we scale, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive client acquisition, build lasting relationships, and contribute to Talentoj’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities with startups and product companies actively hiring.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with founders, CXOs, HR heads, and hiring managers.
- Drive end-to-end business development : lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, funding news, and industry movements to spot high-potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Key Requirements
3–7 years of BD / sales experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting (must).Strong network with startup ecosystem and product companies is a big plus.Proven track record of winning new clients and managing key accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.What We Offer
