Job descriptionEnsure SAC and related SAP system configurations meet internal security policies, data privacy regulations, and audit standards. Conduct regular access reviews, including user de-provisioning, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and compliance reporting. Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams during system and security reviews. Monitor system logs, user access patterns, and authorization errors in SAC and connected systems. Investigate and resolve issues related to login failures, access denials, and security-related incidents. Work closely with Basis and application teams for end-to-end & Training : Maintain detailed documentation on security configurations, provisioning workflows, and exception handling procedures. Develop user guides and conduct training sessions on SAC security features and best practices for business users and internal IT teams. Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Security across S / 4HANA, Fiori, GRC, and BTP environments. Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) administration and role configuration. Strong experience in IAS / IPS setup and user lifecycle management. Good understanding of cloud identity management, SSO configurations, and API-based provisioning. Familiarity with audit tools and compliance reporting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. SAP certification(s) in Security, SAC, or BTP is a plus. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Exposure to integration of SAC with BW / 4HANA, S / 4HANA, or other third-party data sources.
Key Responsibilities :
User Provisioning & Role Management :
- Manage user provisioning across SAC, BTP, IAS / IPS using manual uploads, APIs, or automation tools.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain SAC teams, roles, and permissions to align with organizational structure.
- Support identity federation, SSO, and integration with corporate identity providers.
