About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend development team.

You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our web applications, ensuring top-notch user experience, performance, and scalability.

As a lead, you will mentor engineers, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and shape the frontend strategy across our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the frontend engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality output.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Translate product requirements and UI / UX designs into robust frontend applications.
• Drive technical decisions on frontend frameworks, libraries, and tools (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and ensure code quality through reviews and automated testing.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Mentor and coach frontend developers to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Monitor application performance and optimize for speed and responsiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new frontend engineers.
