Frontend Developer Job Description

As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user-facing layer of our automation platform. Your primary responsibility will be to build fast, intuitive, and resilient interfaces that work seamlessly with backend and infra teams.

Key aspects of this role include designing frontend components that support real-time AI orchestration, multi-step flows, and streaming responses. You will also develop rich, performant web apps using React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and component libraries like Shadcn.

Another significant aspect of this job is integrating and supporting document viewers and editors for various formats such as Excel, PDF, Markdown, and more. Deploying and managing infrastructure on cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure using Terraform, and authoring CI / CD pipelines for seamless delivery and rollback are also key responsibilities.

Additionally, experimental innovation involves exploring cutting-edge LLM fine-tuning, memory architectures, and new agent frameworks 15-20% of the time. To excel in this role, you should have 3+ years of frontend engineering experience, proficiency in React and TypeScript, plus some backend and infra knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience integrating and building rich document views including Excel, PDF, and Markdown, with editing support.
• Exposure to mobile app development using React Native + Expo.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI SDK, etc.) and multi-agents.
• Familiarity with popular UI libraries like Tailwind, Shadcn, and state / data tools like TanStack Query.
• Strong UI / UX sensibility with a deep understanding of user behavior, flow design, and intuitive interactions.
• Expertise in networking, load-balancers, and high-performance remote connections.
• Familiarity with Terraform / OpenTofu, CI / CD, and cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure).
