A science-first personal care startup , backed by top investors and led by founders with multiple successful exits, is looking for a Growth Head to drive its journey from pre-launch → scale .

Reports directly to the Founder

What you’ll do :

• Own revenue & P&L across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce
• Lead performance marketing (Meta / Google), CRM, retention & funnels
• Scale marketplace presence with smart assortment, listings & promos
• Build & lead a 5-member growth team
• Partner with brand, product & ops to align growth with execution
