Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Coordinator located in Guwahati. The Process Coordinator will oversee and streamline business processes, ensuring efficiency and quality compliance. Key responsibilities include monitoring workflows, identifying areas for process improvement, coordinating projects, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves preparing detailed reports, analyzing data, and communicating findings to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data effectively to derive actionable insights
Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management to ensure operational efficiency
Proficiency in Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams
Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work on-site in Guwahati and adapt to dynamic environments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
Prior experience in process coordination or a related role is an advantage
CTC : 2.40 Lacs per year
