Job Description : VMware Architect (Data Center & Cloud Migration)

Certification as mandatory at least VCP

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced VMware Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise VMware infrastructure with a strong focus on data center modernization, workload migrations, and VMware stack integration.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across VMware products, hybrid cloud strategies, disaster recovery, and automation frameworks, with proven experience leading large-scale data center and application migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design VMware vSphere environments including ESXi clusters, vCenter Server, and vSAN storage solutions.
• Lead data center migration and workload transformation projects, including VMware HCX-based hybrid cloud migrations.
• Implement and optimize VMware NSX (NSX-T / NSX-V) for micro-segmentation, SDN, and secure multi-tenant environments.
• Design and manage business continuity and disaster recovery (BC / DR) solutions using VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and replication technologies.
• Define and deploy VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Cloud Director, and VMware Horizon VDI environments.
• Leverage VMware Aria / vRealize Suite (Operations, Automation, Orchestrator) for monitoring, automation, and orchestration of

enterprise environments.
