Sales Director

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a high-performing Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale our buyer experience and sales teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution, ensuring exceptional customer trust while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build, manage, and mentor sales teams across markets
• Design and implement sales playbooks and systems
• Drive key sales metrics – conversions, revenue targets, and NPS
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Pre-sales teams to refine the buyer journey
• Lead forecasting, performance tracking, and operational efficiency

Location : Powai, Mumbai

Work Mode : Onsite (6 days / week)

Experience : 6+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days preferred
