Oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities across projects.Develop and implement QA / QC strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with industry standards.Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are integrated into project execution.Monitor compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational quality standards.Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure process adherence and identify deviations.Prepare and maintain quality reports, documentation, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and drive the implementation of innovative quality solutions.Support project teams in identifying quality-related risks and resolving non-conformities.Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures as needed.Skills Required
