Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving HME Solutions' sales strategy, execution, and revenue growth. This position will lead the national sales function, manage key client relationships, and build high-performance sales teams with a focus on mining operations, industrial solutions, and technology-based service offerings. The VP of Sales will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee HME Solutions' national sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into mining and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, product positioning, and lead generation efforts.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analyses to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance standards for the sales division.
- Lead negotiations of major contracts and agreements with customers.
- Revenue Growth : Deliver aggressive revenue targets and profitability objectives across regions.
- Represent HME Solutions at industry forums, conferences, and events to enhance brand presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and governance standards across all sales activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years' experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally in mining services, industrial solutions, technology, or engineering industries.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding enterprise-level sales targets.Strong commercial acumen with experience in complex contract negotiation.Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Key Competencies
