Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate STEM Faculty to lead hands-on learning sessions at our partner schools in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with a maker's mindset — able to teach, inspire, and mentor students in innovation-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging hands-on sessions on robotics, coding, electronics, 3D printing, and related STEM modules.
• Facilitate project-based learning (PBL) experiences aligned with Makerspace Masters' curriculum.
• Support students in developing creative prototypes, working models, and research projects.
• Maintain and manage makerspace tools, kits, and safety protocols .
• Collaborate with school faculty to integrate STEM and design thinking into regular learning.
• Contribute to curriculum refinement , feedback loops, and content development.
• Participate in inter-school showcases, innovation challenges, and training workshops.
• Ensure student engagement, learning outcomes, and documentation of class progress.
