We are looking for a high-potential People & Culture Specialist to join our team and play an important role in shaping the employee experience and operational excellence at KodeKloud. This is an opportunity for someone to get hands-on, end-to-end HR exposure in a fast-moving, startup environment.
You will be the first line of contact for employees, managing their lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and energized. At the same time, you’ll ensure HR systems and processes run like clockwork - from payroll to HRMS updates - while staying responsive to business and people needs.
What You’ll Do : Employee Experience
- Drive high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences; ensure every joiner and leaver feels supported.
- Organize and run engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events (virtual & in-person) that boost belonging and retention
- Answer all employee queries and needs - onboarding, documentation, policies, benefits, etc.
- Assist in fostering a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.
HR Operational Excellence
Assist in continuously improving how we use HR Tools to automate routine, repetitive tasksManage employee data, documentation and lifecycle updates in all HR toolsExecute internal policy around company asset and data management to ensure secure, frictionless access and accountability from day one to day done.Assist in payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows, including contract generation, background verification, compliance, and auditsSupport Strategic People Projects
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectivesAssist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Generate people-analytics dashboards and reports, use data to spot trends and recommend action.You’ll be a great fit if you :
Bring 4-6 years of end-to-end HR generalist / people-ops experience in high-growth tech or SaaS companies.Have some experience managing HRMS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and compliance.Have a track record of executing engagement or culture programmes with measurable impact.Excel at people analytics - spreadsheets, dashboards, and data-driven storytelling.Are high on ownership, integrity and come with a learning mindset.Hold a Bachelor’s in HR / Business / Psychology; MBA or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.Bonus Points :
Hands-on with Global HRMS and Payroll Platforms (Multiplier, Deel, Remote, HiBoB, Workday, etc), Rewards / Recognition (Bonusly, Kudos, WorkTango, etc) or similar tools.Experience organising large-scale culture initiatives in a remote environment.Exposure to global payroll, EOR models, or remote-first workforces.Why Join Us :
