Job Description

Role Summary :

Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, analyzing current application workflows and documenting end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder discussions and facilitate workshops.
• Document business processes, pain points, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect to align business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to discovery phase deliverables (BRD, FRD, process maps).
