The Chapter Lead Backend development - Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM is a rolerole is a hands-on developer role focusing on back-end development for Open APIs,of Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM platform and is accountable for people management and capability development of their Chapter members. Responsibilities in detail are :

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

Define the data flow strategy from various downstream systems to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM application and align the data models to MSD data model

Oversees the execution of functional standards and best practices and provide technical assistance to the members of their Chapter.

Responsible for the quality of the code repository where applicable.

Acts as a conduit for the wider domain strategy, for example technical standards.

Prioritises and makes available capacity for technical debt.

This role is around capability building, it is not to own applications or delivery.

Business

Align to the business capabilities identified for relationship banking and develop capabilities in MSD.

Oversees the execution of functional standards and best practices and provide technical assistance to the members of their Chapter.

Responsible for the quality of the code repository where applicable.

Acts as a conduit for the wider domain strategy, for example technical standards.

Prioritises and makes available capacity for technical debt.

This role is around capability building, it is not to own applications or delivery.

Adopt and embed the Change Delivery Standards throughout the lifecycle of the product / service.

Ensure role, job descriptions and expectations are clearly set and periodic feedback provided to the entire team.

Follows the chapter operating model to ensure a system exists to continue to build capability and performance of the chapter.

Chapter Lead may vary based upon the specific chapter domain its leading.

People & Talent

Accountable for people management and capability development of their Chapter members.

Reviews metrics on capabilities and performance across their area, has improvement backlog for their Chapters and drives continual improvement of their chapter.

Focuses on the development of people and capabilities as the highest priority.

Risk Management

Responsible for effective capacity risk management across the Chapter with regards to attrition and leave plans.

Ensures the chapter follows the standards with respect to risk management as applicable to their chapter domain.

Adheres to common practices to mitigate risk in their respective domain.

Governance

Ensure all artefacts and assurance deliverables are as per the required standards and policies (e.g., SCB Governance Standards, ESDLC etc.).

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.

Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Lead the Digital Experience team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities

Embed Here for Good and Group's brand and values in the digital sales / commerce team

Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

6+ years of experience in backend development using Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM stack.development, with a strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language and framework (e.g., Java / Spring, Python / Django, Node.js / Express).

Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Must have worked on at least one production implementation of MSD CRM stack

Solid understanding of the MSD data model and ability to map bank's data to the MSD data model

Experience in designing and implementing complex batch processes to import data into MSD.

CI / CD tool such as Git, Azure DevOps

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
