Senior SAP SD Consultant – OpenText

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant with a strong functional background and proven expertise in OpenText Sales Order Automation . This is a remote role (India-based) supporting the configuration of SAP SD and OpenText for automating inbound sales orders. The platform is already in place, and the role focuses on advanced configuration, template training, and end-user enablement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the configuration of SAP SD and OpenText to enable automated processing of sales orders from incoming documents (e.g., PDFs, emails).
• Collaborate with global functional and technical teams to define automation rules, document types, and field mappings .
• Train and fine-tune OpenText templates for accurate data capture and order creation in SAP.
• Support the integration of OpenText with SAP (e.g., using IDocs / BAPIs).
• Conduct user training sessions , develop training materials, and document template training processes.
• Execute unit testing, support UAT, and resolve post-go-live issues related to automation and document recognition.
• Act as the SME for OpenText Sales Order Automation within the SD function.
