Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Ariba Procurement modules . The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, and Buying & Invoicing . The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize procurement processes using SAP Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Supplier Management).
  • Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Ariba solutions.
  • Manage integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC / S / 4HANA using CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway) .
  • Perform system testing, user training, and go-live support.
  • Provide post-implementation support and drive process improvements.
  • Create functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and organizational procurement strategies.

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and support .
  • Strong expertise in at least two of the following :
  • Ariba Sourcing
  • Ariba Contracts
  • Ariba Buying & Invoicing (P2P)
  • Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
  • Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba – SAP ERP (ECC / S4HANA) integration using CIG.
  • Ability to manage client communications and lead workshops independently.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

    • Nice to Have :

  • SAP Ariba certification.
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba Guided Buying .
  • Experience working in global implementation or support projects.
  • Understanding of SAP BTP or Integration Suite .

    • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • SAP Ariba certification preferred
