Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Agent, located in Kochi. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for interacting with customers to identify / create a need and make attempts to close th deal. Their day-to-day tasks will include making outbound cals,, promoting products or services, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Proficiency in Customer Support and experience managing customer interactions
• Sales skills with a proven ability to achieve or exceed targets and contribute to team goals
• Experience in Training and the ability to enhance team members' performance is an advantage
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Fluency in relevant languages and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience in a telesales or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
