Hiring : AGM / DGM –Business Development (Middle East Market)

Location : Mumbai BKC

Company : AMN Life Science Pvt Ltd (EU-GMP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing -100% Export)

Experience : 10–18 Years | Industry : Pharmaceuticals (FDF / OSD / Injections)

Role Type : Full-Time | Senior Leadership Position

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned AGM / DGM – International Business Development (Middle East Market) to drive growth, expand distribution networks, and strengthen our market presence across the Middle East. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in pharma exports, product registrations, tender participation, distributor management, and regulatory interactions in Middle Eastern markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development across Middle Eastern countries such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, etc.
  • Identify new opportunities, appoint distributors, and develop long-term commercial relationships.
  • Manage dossier submissions, product registrations, renewals, and regulatory compliance with MOH & regional authorities.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and portfolio planning.
  • Develop country-wise annual budgets, sales forecasts, and profitability strategies.
  • Coordinate with QA / QC, RA, Production, SCM, Finance, and Export Documentation teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Ensure all products comply with EU-GMP, import regulations, labelling norms, and regional quality standards.
  • Travel to Middle Eastern markets for distributor reviews, regulatory meetings, conferences, and market assessments.

Qualifications

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc.; MBA in International Business preferred.
  • 10–18 years of experience in International Business Development for Middle East markets (Pharma exports).
  • Strong knowledge of MOH regulations, tendering systems, product registrations, and commercial frameworks in Middle East.
  • Understanding of OSD, Injectables, Oncology, or relevant therapeutic portfolios.
  • Arabic language skills will be an added advantage (mandatory).
